As president and founder of Q&A Consulting, A. Kimberly Jones is a technology leader who combines her project management/program delivery background with her in-depth technology experience to implement ERP systems that transform the way companies manage Human Resources and Financial services within their organization.

Starting in 1994, Kimberly established her PeopleSoft career by reengineering Human Resources business processes for public sector organizations planning large scale ERP implementations with the main goal of creating a centralized data repository to effectively and efficiently manage HR data. She has filled many roles ranging from consultant, trainer, production support manager, account manager and project manager.

Since 2006, Kimberly has been President of Q&A Consulting LLC., which specializes in the assessment, implementation, upgrade and production support of PeopleSoft application software. In that time the company has continually expanded its client base, geographic locations and industry expertise. Kimberly manages the company's growth and focuses on a combination of promotion, sales and business development. Kimberly has a BA in English from Rutgers University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Akron.
